The three acre site has the benefit of extensive front and rear garden views, set within a beautiful part of Leicestershire on the edge of Woodhouse Eaves. Their top priorities were to create a strong connection between indoor living areas and the natural beauty surrounding the site. The existing stone of the existing bungalow will be reclaimed during demolition and reused within the lower elevations of the new energy-efficient house.
